RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Le Prestige Woman works with retail stores and brands to ship to you.  Your order will be packed and shipped to you directly from each partner.

 

  1. RETURN POLICY

Returns must be shipped back within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date

All returns are complimentary and shipped via best available carrier.

When item is Final Sale, it will be noted on the product page, in your Bag and in Checkout in red.

Final sale conditions include:

Fine Jewelry over $1,000

Lingerie

Swimwear

Made-To-Order

International Checkout orders

Specified sale items

If otherwise stated on the product page

Each item must be returned new, unworn, with tags and in original condition. Our partners reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.

We track the number of returns made by individual customers, and excessive returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.

  1. RETURNING AN ORDER

Within the return window, obtain a complimentary return label in the following ways:

Use a label if it is included in your package

If you have an account and are eligible for a return, generate a label from your Order History page

Each order needs to be returned to the shipping vendor. Pack up your order(s) and adhere the appropriate shipping label. The shipping label will include the vendor’s name.

Within the return window, drop off the package at an authorized courier location. If you would like assistance with a courier pickup, please contact Customer Service.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and approved.

Once your return is received and approved, you will receive a refund less any shipping costs, in five (5) to ten (10) business days, depending on your bank or credit card.

  1. REFUND POLICY

Le Prestige Woman will credit your refund to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank, you will see the refund five (5) to ten (10) business days after our partner receives the return.

  1. EXCHANGING AN ORDER

Le Prestige Woman does not formally offer exchanges. You need to return the unwanted item, and purchase the item you want.

However, Customer Service handles exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
